Annual Report Wins Silver Award

We are excited to announce that the 2010 Annual Report we designed for Jeremiah Program has won a Silver Award from the Creativity 41 Print & Packaging Awards!
PLDG’s work on the 2009 Ecolab Sustainability Report and the City of St. Paul Sprockets Identity have received national design awards. Each received Certificates of Excellence. For nearly five decades, Graphic Design USA has presented national design competitions that spotlight areas of excellence and opportunity for creative professionals. The American Graphic Design Awards is the first and the flagship. In 2011 it attracted over 8,000 entries with a very select 15 percent recognized with a Certificate of Excellence.
Bob Upton has joined Peggy Lauritsen Design Group (PLDG) as Senior Art Director after tenure at Minneapolis-based Parachute Design (affiliated with Clarity Coverdale Fury Advertising). Upton’s work has been widely published and received numerous national industry awards.

Life isn’t about awards… But it is nice to be recognized for your efforts, particularly when its work that has done so much good. Case in point: When the Mentoring Partnership of Minnesota developed a statewide campaign to get kids thinking about their future career opportunities, Peggy Lauritsen Design Group (PLDG) was selected to create the visual look and feel. The Wired for 2020 program provides youth and their mentors with resources, entertainment and social media tools to help spark interests and expand possibilities.
