TOLD Development Company, a commercial and residential real estate developer, was launching a 15-acre, mixed-use development in a Minneapolis suburb. They needed a strong site identity communicated in all marketing tactics. Flexible brochure systems for attracting new residents were designed to show lifestyle, floor plans and an area map showing neighborhood attractions.
